Furthermore, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is beavering away on a plan to establish a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.technocracy.news\/imf-managing-director-we-are-working-hard-on-a-global-cbdc\/\">global Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)<\/a>&nbsp;which when combined with a Global Digital ID will transform the way the international, national, state, and local economies function; enable non-representative, unaccountable, centralized, global governance; and promote the establishment of a social credit score like that already at work in Communist China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Already in Europe, many of the proposed policies in the text are being rolled out by public health agencies and institutions.
