Here are some troubling recent developments.  U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra recently determined that \u201cthere is a significant potential for a public health emergency that has a significant potential to affect national security or the health and security of United States citizens living abroad . . .”  <\/strong>This declaration clears the way for the Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to issue Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for Avian Flu vaccines with no liability for the manufacturers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In anticipation that such EUAs will be forthcoming, the American Medical Association published on July 19 a CPT code that will allow doctors to be reimbursed for administering Bird Flu vaccines. Might these measures be followed by mandates for those \u201cjabs\u201d and possibly for masks, social distancing and lockdowns, as well \u2013 as was the case for Covid-19?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will the World Health Organization\u2019s Director General, Tedros Ghebreyesus, declare Avian Flu to be \u201ca public health emergency of international concern\u201d? Such a determination would enable him to bring to bear powers conferred on him by the recently adopted agreement amending the WHO\u2019s International Health Regulations. He may also seize this pretext for hastily completing a sweeping new and even more problematic Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response Treaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As many of you know, I have been voicing concern for years that a pandemic \u2013 actual or pretextual — would be declared just before the U.S. election in November. I hope I am wrong in worrying that this potential pandemic will be used as a pretext to lock us down, shut down polls and force mail-in ballots, which can easily be tampered with. Beyond this, the WHO\u2019s newly amended International Health Regulations require nations, including the United States, to surveil their citizens and address \u201cmisinformation and disinformation.\u201d Will all dissenting views be censored, including those of medical doctors who believe treatment other than experimental MRNA gene therapies will be more effective against the bird flu? Will the WHO and CDC exaggerate the seriousness of the bird flu as well as the safety and effectiveness of so-called vaccines in order to pressure people into taking a jab? Will the US government and governments worldwide require digital health IDs, which can be used as instruments of mass surveillance and totalitarian control, similar to China\u2019s Social Credit System? I believe we are on the verge of losing our freedom. The time to resist is now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Globalists intent on using these public health-related accords to promote what they call \u201cglobal governance\u201d will surely justify similar surrenders of national sovereignty and individual freedoms to the UN Secretary General at the upcoming \u201cSummit of the Future\u201d in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of these prospects will be the subject of informed scrutiny and, if possible, agreement on concerted joint action during the Sovereignty Coalition\u2019s Second Sovereignty Summit <\/strong>to be held virtually from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 29<\/strong>th<\/strong>. <\/strong>Participants will include: U.S. Congressmen Ralph Norman <\/strong>and Bob Good<\/strong>; parliamentarians in the European Parliament and national legislatures, notably, UK Member of Parliament Nigel Farage<\/strong>, Italian Senator <\/strong>and former EU MP Stasys Jakeliunas<\/strong>; front-line medical doctors such as Drs. Peter McCullough, David Bell,<\/strong> Kat Lindley <\/strong>andMeryl Nass<\/strong>; constitutional and other attorneys like Mat Staver, Philipp Kruse <\/strong>(from Switzerland)and Reggie Littlejohn<\/strong>; American and foreign public policy advocates like Kris Ullman <\/strong>and Stefano Gennarini<\/strong>. Frank Gaffney<\/strong>, co-chair of the Sovereignty Coalition, will moderate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
