I am truly humbled to be among those who will be keynoting a major event at the European Parliament on Digital IDs, on March 4.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In the wrong hands, interoperable, international Digital IDs could be used as a tool of mass surveillance and totalitarian control, similar to that of the China Social Credit System.&nbsp;
