HELP US SAVE DESPERATE WIDOWS IN UGANDA!

ALICE K.

Alice is fifty-nine years old. She got married at the young age of 16. Her husband died of prostate cancer. She was blessed with four daughters. Two of them sadly have died, and the other two are still living. One of her daughters is a teacher and the other is a housewife. Both of them abandoned her. Alice gets support from well-wishers. Alice used to work for a large company as a Senior Clerk for more than 20 years. She says that her time working there was not easy. Her fellow staff member hated her, due to the favor and love she had with her bosses and clients. She was harassed to the extent of being poisoned. Fortunately, God being on her side, she survived the poison after being given adequate treatment. Currently, Alice is diabetic and hypertensive. Her lower limbs are painful and weak. She suffers from dizziness, chest pain, and poor sight. Her entire body is shaking most of the time. She also suffers from dementia and cannot remember most of her past and current events and situations. She has no capacity to get adequate treatment, most especially the medication needed for diabetes and hypertension. Even though she is going through a rough situation, she is a strong believer in Christ and praises God for her life. She was full of joy when told that there were some generous people willing to give her much-needed support. ‘’May God give them more years to live,” she said with all her heart.
