HELP US SAVE DESPERATE WIDOWS IN UGANDA!

ANGELINA N.

Angelina is seventy-three years old. Her husband died of natural causes in 1986. During his lifetime, they were blessed with seven children. Four of them are still living. Angelina lives with her 5 grandchildren, 2 boys and 3 girls. The housing conditions of the family are not good. They’ve been staying in a three-room house, which is at the verge of collapse. This is a result of the house being affected by drainage water that flows from her immediate neighbour. She hardly has any source of income and she depends on the generosity of others for support with food and other necessities. Sometimes her grandchildren engage in casual work like washing clothes to supplement the family’s income. It is a challenge for Angelina to access treatment and medication. Currently, she suffers from backache and pain in her lower limbs. She was so happy after learning that there were some generous people willing to offer her support for which she has not worked. Angelina lifted her hands up and asserted, “May the almighty God mightily bless the works of these good people.”
