HELP US SAVE DESPERATE WIDOWS IN UGANDA!

FLORENCE N.

Florence is 68 years old. Her husband, who was a peasant farmer, died of a heart attack in 2016. During the course of their marriage, they were blessed with six children. Soon after her husband passed away, her in-laws forced her to leave their ancestral land. When efforts to remedy the situation by local leaders failed, she was advised to leave since she had no documents to show that the land in question belonged to her late husband. Consequently, Florence left the land. Because of this, she went through many challenges as a homeless woman, living on the streets and begging for food. However, one day, a generous, kind person took her in and offered her shelter and food. Currently, Florence suffers from paralysis and back pain. She is grateful to learn that there are some good people willing to offer support for which she has not worked. “May the good Lord continue to bless these God fearing people,” she said.
