MARIA N.

Maria is 72 years old. She has no secure source of income. Her husband died in 1994 from natural causes. During the course of his lifetime, they did not have any children, so she does not have a family to take care of her. Maria is hypertensive and suffers from pain in her lower limbs. She walks with a lot of difficulty. When she sits in one place she can hardly move to another place due to the pain she endures in her lower limbs. Maria lives alone. She praised God by raising both of her hands in air when she heard there were some generous people willing to offer her much-needed support.
