My presentation is at 4:46 to 11:33, My topic is, “World Government Treaties’ Weapon of Mass Coercion: The Digital Gulag.” I discuss the manner in which both the WHO’s Amendments to the International Health Regulations and the UN’s Pact for the Future were passed in the dark, subverting open debate. I also show how the WHO’s amended IHRs laid the foundation for a digital police state on the basis of a potential pandemic, while the UN’s Pact for the Future does the same thing on the basis of a “complex global shock,” which could be anything from a “major climatic event” to the grid going down, an internet disruption, a disruption in the banking system, a “major event in outer space,” or an “unforeseen ‘black swan’ event,” which could be anything. Under any of these scenarios, the UN wants to play the central role in orchestrating international response.
