I spoke on Wednesday at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium, about the WHO’s Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS) System — which greatly increases the risks of lab leaks and bioterrorist attacks. It also will not prevent dangerous Gain of Function research.
