As you may know, Biden met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Woodside, California last Wednesday to discuss diverse matters including Chinese fentanyl production, restoring military communication, climate change and pandas. Xi said he is ready to be “a partner and friends with the United States.” NTDTV asked me to comment on the meeting from a human rights perspective.
